What a wonderful idea. Ajay, a friend of mine is offering half-day workshops for families to be conducted at home itself. I’m completely fascinated by this idea, as like he says, we have organizational transformation, and stuff. We have programmes for friends, colleagues, trainers, even schools, but what do we have for families? Really? Picnics and Tourism. Why is it that we haven’t really seen a family as an essential unit worth investing our effort in developing?

Since this blog does have a tradition of people reaching out, reading, sharing information, and most importantly, being interested and invested in growing to full potential, I see this workshop as a “must share” here.

Do read his attached information, and do share your experiences here if you have attended this.

We have all heard or experienced individual transformation. We have all heard or experienced organisational transformation. Why not family transformation?

In my decade long journey of self-awareness, healing, integration and self expression I haven’t come across anyone working with a focus on families to:

· Resolve conflicts

· Untangle communication blocks

· Support family members understand themselves and each other

· Bring awareness of strengths and weaknesses of self and others

· How to complement each other to make up for individual weaknesses

· Appreciate and celebrate differences in each other

· Create a family space for self expression and listening

· Integrate family as a single unit bonded with love, respect and trust for each other

Keeping the above goals in mind I have designed a half day workshop called “Family Integration”. It is simple and effective.
