Tours to Tiger Reserves and other animal sanctuaries
Wide Aware organises tours into many wildlife sanctuaries in India. While our open bookings programmes are extremely rare, and get filled very fast, we are happy to organise a wild-life trip specially for groups of people.
Wide Aware has planned some wildlife tours for young people and families in the summer vacations to Pench and Kanha - two very interesting Tiger sanctuaries in India.
We also conduct tours into the wilderness of the Changthang and other remote areas for the purpose of wild-life study.
Wildlife safaris
These are to be experienced to be believed. The anticipation of travelling along a bumpy road, keeping the vahicle as quiet as possible, swaying along on elephant back and sighting some of the elusive inhabitants of the woodlands is an experience in being a part of the natural world.
