Paintball is a real life shooting game with guns that hold paint instead of bullets. A variety of simulations can be created as games with different narratives. A common one is seen in the video above – capture the flag, where two (or more) teams have an objective of capturing a flag while preventing other teams from securing it.

Another version gives each team its own flag and the objective is to safeguard their own flag while capturing that of other teams.

Other simulations can include hostage rescues, capture of territory, or plain old outright war, as in, ‘kill’ everyone in the other team while staying alive yourself.

Whichever your war, one thing remains common, paintball brings alive the latent warrior in each of us be it for fun, or training.
