This is a rough idea of the routine. This will be fine tuned to suit abilities, interest levels and group sizes of various groups. When rappelling at Manori beach, the location of the rock face often limits session time at high tide. Such programmes are scheduled with the tides in mind, and often are planned for the mornings of climbing followed by time on the beach in the afternoon.
